It offers a full private master bedroom with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet space, living room area with a queen-sized sofa bed, a luxurious bathroom retreat, and a fully stocked kitchen. The villa comes equipped with two smart tv's, a Keurig coffee maker, and in-unit washer and dryer. Your perfect desert getaway and home away from home awaits!

Old Town La Quinta is walking friendly. In fact, you will find everything you need to make your stay a memorable and fun experience all within a few blocks from your condo. You will find restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bike rentals and massage spas are all within close proximity. Not to mention, a quick drive to the Coachella Music Festival, Stagecoach Festival, The Polo Club, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and El Paseo Shopping. Parking is free and abundant on the premises. If you drive an electric vehicle, there is a Tesla charging station directly in front of the condo unit.

Walking friendly location as far as groceries, restaurants and other shops. A car will be necessary for other activities. plenty of parking is provided for free with a charging station located directly in front of the villa for guest with Electric Vehicles.

There are four pools each with spas located on the premises just steps from your front door. The Hilton Embassy Suites is directly across from the villa, and offers a beautiful full serviced bar, restaurant, and spa for your convenience.
